If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable national consumer legislation. To exercise this right, contact us at snelox.info@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires.
To start a return, email us at snelox.info@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will send you return instructions and the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them: unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unless the item is defective or we made an error, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at snelox.info@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases we cover the return shipping costs.
Certain items cannot be returned, including items that are not in their original condition, or that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery for reasons not attributable to us. For hygiene reasons, certain personal-care items may not be eligible for return once opened. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
