We want you to love your Snelox insoles. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@snelox.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong size or a defective item, we will gladly exchange it at no extra cost. Contact us at support@snelox.com and we will make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Used or damaged items (not due to a manufacturing defect)
- Items not in original packaging
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
